FAMILY Group HISTORY

The Bin Haidar family is widely acknowledged and respected as one of the oldest business families in the UAE and throughout the Arab world. Emphatic testimony to that, is in the Bin Haidar Group’s heritage of more than 50 years of continuous and consistent success, in all fields of enterprise. From humble beginnings, but with vision, determination and wisdom, the late Mr. Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar successfully established the first companies of the Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar Group in the 1970s.

Since assuming this responsibility, Mr. Ali Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar has not only consolidated the legacy of his late father, but has also embarked on a new success story that shows his passion and ambition in evolving the Group further. In seeking new ventures for Arab markets, he has succeeded in attracting international investments and building partnerships with major companies in the world. These legends of success illustrate the spread of the Group’s activities in various parts of the world from Europe (Germany) to Africa (Egypt) and Asia (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iraq).

Ali Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar as the Chairman of the Bin Haidar Group

After the first generation of the family was represented by the late Mr. Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar for more than 20 years in the foundation, construction and consolidation of this great conglomerate, the role of the second generation of the family to spearhead the onward journey of the success story, is represented by Mr. Ali Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar as the Chairman of the Bin Haidar Group, and Mr. Tarek Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group.
